Now that our apartment renovations are complete, we are kicking off our communal area upgrades.
This page is the best place to get up to date info on what’s happening.
What’s changing?
We are upgrading the following spaces in the west building:
- Level 6 Resident Kitchen
- Level 5 Communal Lounge (finishes and furniture)
- Level 4 Study Rooms (space refit)
- Level 2 Study Area (painting only)
When will it happen?
Dates
5 March to 9 April 2026
Renovation Work Hours
7.30am–5pm, Monday to Friday
Noisy Work
We will provide details of times when noisy works will be carried out.
How will this affect you?
Level 6 Resident Kitchen: While the kitchen works take place, our Cool Start breakfast will be served on the ground floor.
Level 5 Communal Lounge: This will be unavailable until 2 April 2026.
Level 4 Communal Lounge: This will be unavailable until 9 April 2026.
Level 2 Study Area: This will be available for the majority of the time and only out of action briefly for painting on dates to be advised.
Need to study?
In addition to the level 2 study area, the ground floor study room and communal desk will be available throughout this time along with the level 2 study room in east building.
